What to remember
Important info
Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries. Not recommended for pregnant travelers. Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. Please prepare yourself with sun protection for skin and head. Please don’t eat approximately 2 hours before the adventure starts, alternatively we suggest enjoying a light and short lunch (e.g. a salad). Wear light, comfortable or sportive clothes and bring a light cardigan or scarf for the evening (it can be cold in the desert after the sunset). On specific religion days and during the month of Ramadan the entertainment program will be limited
