"If your pick up is at the airport, you must provide us with your flight number and arrival time so that we can track your flight and adjust the pick up time if necessary. Also, after your flight lands, our driver will wait 60 minutes to make sure you have enough time to go through security, collect your luggage, and head to the arrival area. The driver will be holding a sign with your name on it, making it easier to meet you.

In case your flight is changed or cancelled for some reason, it is important that you inform us of the new date, including the flight number and arrival time, so that we can update the information and be there when you arrive, as we have no way of knowing if your flight was changed.

If the pick up is at a hotel day before the service, you must provide us with the exact address and room number, so that our driver can look for you at the reception by name and room number. Please note that if for some reason you are late for the departure time, our driver will wait for you for 20 minutes after the scheduled time, but if you need more time, An additional charge will apply for waiting time."
