What To Expect
Enjoy a 2-day stress-free trip to Cairo as everything will be organized for you. You'll discover the beauty, history and culture that fills the city and check out its many incredible monuments.In the early morning , you will start your journey from your hotel in Sharm El Sheikh with a drive towards Cairo crossing the Suez Canal through the tunnel. When you arrive at Giza, you'll be introduced to the last remaining wonder of the ancient world: the pyramids. You will see these colossal tombs and unearth their secrets before standing in awe beneath the Great Sphinx. Then it's time to rest your legs and tuck into a delicious set menu lunch at a local restaurant, followed by check-in at the hotel.In the evening, you will get have a fun evening of entertainment on the Nile with a dinner cruise. Board a cruise with a restaurant that also has traditional Egyptian music and dancing show. See a belly dancer, Tanoora show, whirling Dervishes with a live band and open buffet dinner.On day two, check out from the hotel and drive towards Salah El-din Citadel, which is the icon of Cairo and was home to Egyptian rulers for some 700 years. Resume driving towards the Egyptian Museum which houses the world's largest collection of Egyptian artifacts - you will be speechless with delight in the main areas of the museum. The tour also includes rest and a delicious lunch on board the floating restaurant. After lunch, it is possible to sail on the Nile felucca, depending on weather conditions.

forExtra fees to be paid on-site:
- You'll gain access to the pyramids area, but the entrance fees to get inside the pyramids (Cheops, Mykerinos or Kefren) are not included. The tickets available are limited and must be purchased on site, so access is not guaranteed. The adult entrance fee for Cheops Pyramid is around 900 EGP, and for Mykerinos or Kefren Pyramid is around 220 EGP. Children under 12 years get a 50% reduction
Know in advance:
- The pickup time starts after midnight and the journey to Cairo takes approximately 7-8 hours.
- At the museum, personal cameras without flash are allowed for an additional fee of around EGP 50. Please note that this is subject to change without prior notice
- Visa fees are not included and this should be arranged by you in advance if applicable
- Please arrange a take-away breakfast box with your hotel reception one day before the tour date. If your accommodation includes dinner, then please coordinate with your hotel reception prior to the tour date to provide a late dinner at your room upon return
- This tour is available in shared and private options.
- There is a minimum of 4 adults for the shared option
Remember to bring:
- Your passport /ID with a valid Egypt Full Visa sticker. If you only get the free stamp (the Gulf of Aqaba Stamp) upon arrival at Sharm Airport, then, you still need to buy the Full Egypt visa 48 hours prior tour date. Our local operator will help you buy the Full Egypt visa. Please communicate with the local operator for assistance.
- Please bring long trousers, sunglasses, walking shoes, a hat, a camera, and money for tipping and shopping
