What To Expect
Your Tour will include:
•Return transport from Manchester to the Lake District National Park, in comfortable vehicle with no more than 16 passengers.
•Fully escorted tour with knowledgeable Driver / Guide with live commentary
•Visit Honister Slate Mine and go across the famous Infinity Bridge, with incredible views across the valley, it's truly a remarkable experience.
•Lunch at the 17th century Yew Tree Inn, this recently restored country pub is cosy and the ideal place to have a bite to eat.
•Drive through the dramatic landscape and head to the Lakeland village of Grasmere. Wonder around the village made famous by poet William Wordsworth and the famous Grasmere Gingerbread.
