Basics of Kazarimaki Sushi
Understand the essential ingredients and tools, such as sushi rice, seaweed, and bamboo mats. Learn how to prepare sushi rice, choose colors and shapes, and embrace the Japanese philosophy of “cooking with all five senses.”
Hands-On: Making Kazarimaki Sushi
Create designs that align with a chosen theme (e.g., cherry blossoms, animal patterns). Learn techniques for combining ingredients, rolling sushi, and crafting beautiful patterns.
Hands-On: Making Miso Soup
Prepare a traditional Japanese miso soup that complements your sushi creation.
Tasting Time
