Customers book option 12.00PM, please send passport information details by email or Whatsaap/ phone/ zalo. Please come to our habour in Halong bay to meet our staff & check-in onboard around 12.00PM. Do not tip if asked by local people, we cannot stop them but warning to our tourist). Ha Long Bay is so beautiful and it's crowded every day, especially in summer and weekends -> it is often overcrowded by Vietnamese tourists in summer. Sometimes, you will see garbages on Ha Long Bay due to changes in flowing water and tides, garbages from other places come to to Ha Long Bay. Government, local people, travel companies... are trying their best to clean up Ha Long Bay.. For the best trip, we need your cooperation. Please tell us all the problems, questions if you have. Customers stay on International cruise trip: If your cruise ship habour name is Halong international cruise port, we can arrange the cruise trip that is the same habour & customers just need to walk from your ship to our pick up point around 12.00PM (just 5 minutes). If your cruise ship habour is Cai Lan port, customers need to take a taxi to our Tuan Chau Marina habour at 12.00PM (20 minutes tranfer) or please contact us in advance to arrange pick up services with additional fees.
